Sometimes our deadlines have a little flexibility, so give us a call if you’ve just missed one. We will try to get you in if we can!

Deadlines in a nutshell (see mailing dates below)

12th of each month:
Deadline for 2 editions: Waterford Lakes and College Park

19th of each month:
Deadline for Winter Park/Maitland edition

26th of each month:
Deadline for 2 editions: Sweetwater/Heathrow and Tuskawilla/Winter Springs

30th of each month:
Deadline for 2 editions: Oviedo and Baldwin/Winter Park East

Deadlines and Mailing Dates in Order of Monthly Publication

Waterford Lakes (Same dates as College Park edition)
Mailed: Prior to the first of each month (For example, June 30 for the July issue)
Deadline: 12th of preceding month (For example, June 12 for the July issue)

College Park & Selected Orlando (Same dates as Waterford edition)
Mailed: Prior to the first of each month
Deadline: 12th of preceding month

Winter Park/Maitland
Mailed: First week of each month
Deadline: 19th of preceding month

Sweetwater/Heathrow (Same dates as Tuscawilla edition)
Mailed: Second week of each month
Deadline: 26th of preceding month

Tuscawilla/Winter Springs (Same dates as Sweetwater/Heathrow edition)
Mailed: The second week of each month
Deadline: 26th of preceding month

Oviedo (Same dates as Baldwin/East Winter Park edition)
Mailed: Third week of each month (For example, July edition is mailed around July 21)
Deadline: 30th of preceding month (For example, June 30 for the July edition)

Baldwin Park & E. Winter Park (Same dates as Oviedo edition)
Mailed: Third week of each month
Deadline: 30th of preceding month
